If you can’t measure it, you can’t make it.

Micron manufactures components and sub-assemblies with many high precision features. The state of the art measuring equipment in our lab gives us the measuring capability required to make the demanding components that we produce.

Whatever the requirement, chances are we can measure it. Whether it is size, circularity, cylindricity, true position, concentricity, surface finish, coordinates, micro or macro hardness, profiles or any contour, we have equipment that suites the need.

The production floor is no different. We always make certain the right gage is there to measure the product. Air gaging, laser and electro-mechanical gages are typically used for variable data measurements. We use plug, snap, thread and spline gages wherever necessary when measuring attributes.
